While highly accurate measurement results require static scans from multiple angles, on the other hand, mobile solutions primarily focus on efficiency. However, finding a balance between the two can be challenging.

To bridge this gap, the Z+F FlexScan® platform, developed by Zoller + Fröhlich, successfully combines the advantages of static scans with the efficiency of mobile systems. As a result, it serves as the perfect complement for any time-sensitive or large-scale application, including AEC, facility management, process industries, heritage documentation, and forensics.

Universal Mounting

The Z+F FlexScan® 22 offers exceptional versatility and works seamlessly with various support systems. For instance, users can attach this SLAM platform to backpacks, tripod carts, fixed tripods, and robots. Moreover, the Quick Mount System allows quick and easy switching between support systems in just a few minutes. Additionally, Z+F LaserControl® enables effortless registration of data captured with different support systems.

Camera System

Furthermore, the Z+F FlexScan® 22 features a high-quality panoramic camera that precisely color maps the mobile scan data, ensuring visually accurate results.

Measurement Accuracy for the Highest Demands

The Z+F FlexScan® 22 leverages the high quality and range of the static high-end scanner Z+F IMAGER® 5016, achieving up to 2.5 mm accuracy in SLAM results. Notably, each profile scanned with the Z+F FlexScan® 22 contains 10,000 points, ensuring the finest details in the 3D model. For projects that require even greater accuracy, adding control points or survey controls further enhances the SLAM data.
