Workhorse Smart 3D Laser Line Profilers
The LMI Gocator 2300 series of 3D smart sensors are specifically designed to meet the demanding industrial conditions found on the factory floor. Thanks to Gocator’s simple yet flexible design, factories can significantly reduce costs while maximizing profitability by improving product validation efficiency. The system is available in various models, but it can also be customized to meet the unique needs of specific factory automation requirements.
Megapixel Resolution
Gocator 2300 sensors measure micron-level features by leveraging megapixel resolution, all while maintaining large fields of view. As a result, Gocator can now detect even the smallest defects in parts, setting a new standard for quality inspection.
Standalone and Scalable
One of the key benefits of Gocator is that single sensors do not require additional controllers, amplifiers, or PCs. In addition, Gocator systems can easily be expanded to multiple sensors using LMI Master hubs. These hubs handle tasks like power distribution, laser safety interlock, encoder and digital input management, and microsecond synchronization.
Compact and Lightweight
With its small footprint and weight of less than 1.5 kg, Gocator is ideal for fitting into tight spaces or mounting on robotic arms. This makes it both versatile and practical for various industrial setups.
Easy to Use
Gocator is incredibly user-friendly, thanks to its built-in GUI, which allows flexible configuration of profiling settings and measurement tools using any web browser, computer, or operating system. Additionally, there’s no need to install extra software—Gocator’s out-of-the-box setup and configuration process is quick and straightforward.
