eTENO: Fully Automatic Balancing of e-Drives and Rotors with Similar Geometry

Balancing is the final step in creating a perfect rotor during production. With this in mind, the eTENO system offers a reliable and consistent solution for balancing, even in high-volume production. Thanks to its design, the eTENO ensures that balancing is done smoothly every time. Moreover, its cycle times range from 40 to 100 seconds, making it suitable for various production needs. As a result, it guarantees top-quality balancing while meeting the demands of different manufacturing processes.

Dual Machine Concept

The eTENO comes in two versions and each designed to fit different production setups. The first option is a stand-alone solution, which includes a protective shroud and internal transport system. On the other hand, the eTENOflex version offers even more flexibility. It does not include the shroud, which allows for customizable setup options for the two stations. This flexibility makes it easy to integrate the system into existing production cells. Furthermore, both versions can be easily loaded and unloaded, either by a robot or a loading gantry, streamlining the process and improving overall efficiency.
