Tubecheck extruder measurments is a state of the art measuring tool designed for high-accuracy internal measurements in extruders. Used in conjunction with our advanced laser tracker, Tubecheck offers an accurate and portable coordinate measuring system. The laser tracker emits a laser beam to a measuring ball with a reflector prism (SMR), which returns the beam and records a 3D coordinate point for precise measurement.

Tubecheck provides virtually unlimited measurement possibilities as long as there is a clear line of sight to the measuring ball. Currently, MLT can measure pipes as small as Ø70mm, with no upper diameter limit.
