VibBox is easy and quick to install as sensors can be attached to hard-to-reach places with glue or magnets. The equipment is then plugged into the wall outlet and then the measurement begins. Measurement data is sent by 4G modem to MLT’s diagnostics center for analysis and reporting. The ViBox helps you with a decision basis for how you should handle a problem in your production facility.
In addition to the smart and simple nature of this solution, comes the most important thing: Reliability.
All analysis of measurement data is done by trained and experienced vibration technicians, which then form the basis of the discussion between the customer and MLT.
VibBox is a Online system packaged in a Pelicase bag. Communication with MLT’s server where the analysis software is located takes place with a 4G modem. Sensor mounting takes place in most cases with powerful Neodymium magnets. The system is quick to assemble and only requires access to 230V.
