Iris CM, Iris Edge, Iris MX and Iris Explorer.

IRIS-M
Millions of measurements in a fraction of a second without physical contact with machinery
Iris-M camera
With motion-enhanced imaging, the correct “vibrating point” can be observed. Iris-M’s proprietary Motion Amplification software produces easy to understand videos. See the actual movement across your equipment or machinery and enable effective communication between technical and nontechnical personnel, enhancing decision-making. By using a Motion Amplification® camera and software, it’s possible to detect such tiny movements and understand their effects. Motion Amplification® uses digital video and image processing techniques to measure vibration and movement pixel by pixel, extracting and scaling up data to produce a visual representation of movement.
The live video feed processes pixels in real time to show how vibrations and movements affect the whole system. Even supporting structures can be recorded and post processed for advanced analysis. As conventional vibration analysis techniques can produce numerical data and charts that indicate vibration extent and damage, seeing is believing. Video Motion Amplification® provides a powerful, non-invasive visual representation of subtle movements and a rich, cost-effective means of analysis.

Iris CM
Iris CM connects traditional vibration inputs and RDI’s patented video-based vibration measurements to ensure you never miss anything.
Cameras can be networked to capture simultaneous data and offer multiple views of a process, test, or piece of machinery. Iris CM can acquire HD data for all cameras along with external sensor data. From accelerometers, tachometers, and any 4-20 mA input. Users can trigger video and data recordings based on external inputs, virtual camera-based regions of interest, and thresholds for movement. Live Motion Amplification® enables user to quantify vibration, amplitude, phase, and frequency for anything visible in the recorded video. Troubleshoot transient events and visualize your assets over time. The Iris CM does not have to be permanently mounted and does not have to touch any of your equipment. With the Iris CM, you now have to ability to see what is happening on your equipment 24/7.

Iris Edge
Iris Edge™ combines PoE, a pan-tilt mount and auto focus making camera based monitoring easier than ever before. Delivering all the benefits of Motion Amplification®. With Iris Edge™, users can monitor, trend, alert, diagnose, and troubleshoot an even larger field of view. Giving the user a more flexible, scalable, and easy to deploy method for asset monitoring. No need to contact your assets. No need for shut downs. Simply install a camera and monitor everything it can see.
Revolutionize your approach to maintenance and reliability with IRIS Edge, the cutting-edge solution from RDI Technologies. IRIS Edge harnesses the power of advanced motion amplification technology to provide unparalleled insights into machinery health and performance.

Iris Explorer
Cover more assets in a fraction of the time. Increase your asset coverage and aquire more diverse and consistent data at reduced human risk.
Benefits of using IRIS Explorer:
ON DEMAND MODE. Allows critical asset assessment or one-time data collection, without having to create an auto walk mission for Spot®. Lighting can be automatically set to come on or stay off every single time. Alternatively use a set point value to control lighting.
AUTONOMOUS LIGHTING MODE. Show you colorized image overlays of individual frequencies or motion.
MOTION MAPS. Entire frame and region based image stabilization.
STABILIZATION. Export waveform, spectra, orbits, and object paths to .csv file.
DATA EXPORT. Automatically determine frequencies of interest and create multiple filtered data sets with a single click.
TOP FREQUENCY FILTERING. Mission Explorer supports new hardware that will allow for remote operation and automation of several camera settings.
AUTOMATED CAMERA CONTROL. Enables users to recall previously programmed routes. Scheduling feature available through Boston Dynamics software features. Data measurements trended automatically.
AUTONOMOUS MODE FREQUENCY FILTERING. Bandpass, bandstop, lowpass, and highpass filtering of time waveform and video.
TIME WAVEFORMS, SPECTRA, AND ORBITS. Unlimited number of regions available in the video to measure displacement. All measurements are simultaneous. Add text, shape, annotations, and company logo overlays with export to video.
VIDEO ANNOTATIONS: After route creation interactive mode allows adjustments (add, delete, modify) to actions, triggers and camera views. It can even control where the robot navigates.
INTERACTIVE MODE. Virtual sensors, ROI triggers (waveform pk-pk, spectrum digital overall, spectrum frequency band), Manual Triggers.

Iris MX -add on to IRIS-M Standard
Available as an add-on with plug and play capability for current Iris-M users. Iris MX is packaged with high speed camera, hardware, and software. Full frequency range covered with ease. Near real-time processing enables users to make instant decisions about manufacturing operations.
Leveraging a high-speed camera (over 10,000 fps), the Iris MX’s most unique capability is the ability to apply Motion Amplification®. Showing you motions well over 5,000 Hz and produces an infinite amount of absolute measurements within the scene. The Iris MX enables the user to see the fault by visualizing motion. Entire machines, its structure and base, and the surrounding environment can be studied to determine root cause. This enables the users to quickly and comprehensively diagnose machinery in a simple and easy-to-understand video. The video effectively closes the communication gaps and empowers them to fix problems. The Iris MX is high-level analysis in its’ simplest form.
