MLT – A Christmas Tale

Before the sleigh takes off, MLT makes sure it is perfectly balanced. Because no one wants a Santa pulling to one side over northern Sweden or dropping packages over Skåne.

Santa’s workshop has been rebuilt more times than anyone dares to admit. With 3D scanning, Santa gets an exact picture of how everything really looks, not how it was drawn in the blueprints from 1873.

A small strange noise in the sleigh in November can turn into a breakdown in December. MLT monitors vibrations and machine condition so issues are detected long before Santa hears that fateful clunk.

Packaging lines, drive shafts, and belts must be perfectly aligned. When everything is properly aligned, production runs smoothly and Santa avoids crooked packages.

Everything documented, planned, and followed up. Because at the North Pole, they know that preventive maintenance is just as important as gingerbread cookies.
