The VIRIO10 – VIRIO300 models of Virio vertical balancing machines, designed for 1 or 2 planes, work perfectly for workpieces that don’t have their own shafts. These workpieces include pressure plates, brake discs, brake drums, flanges, housings, clutch parts, blowers, knives, impellers, pulleys, saws, grinding discs, flywheels, dampers, turbochargers, and more. Therefore, these machines are mainly used in make-to-order production and small series manufacturing. They are also built for upright operation and can be easily used at different stations.

Design Features

These machines come with a hardbearing, vertical balancing system inside a durable molded mineral casing. The measuring unit includes permanent calibration and digital signal processing, ensuring that the results remain accurate and precise.

The CAB 820 measuring unit has a colorful LCD display that can show graphics. It also has cache memory to store up to 99 rotor data sets, which makes it easy to work with different tasks. Additionally, it supports a variety of correction methods, adding to its flexibility.

If you need more advanced features, you can opt for the CAB 920. It runs on a Windows system and has a TFT color touchscreen display. The CAB 920 also shows a vector view of the unbalance, which makes it easier to analyze. Moreover, it is designed as a network-compatible embedded PC with a memory card slot for extra storage. This unit allows permanent storage of unbalance data and is very easy to navigate, especially with its “Easy Mode.”

The whole workplace setup includes a control cabinet with the measuring unit, as well as the machine. The machine is equipped with protective features and controls for safe, efficient use.
