Precision levelling, angle measurement, alignment, and surface flatness profiling tasks typically involve working with 2-dimensional planes rather than just a single axis. As a result, the need for a 2-axis simultaneous display of surface plane angles becomes essential. This is necessary to help engineers effectively adjust precision objects or machines to the correct position both accurately and quickly. To meet this need, Digi-Pas has pioneered the world’s first 2-axis simultaneous angle display instrument (U.S. patented), which is also embedded with a vibrometer. This innovative tool delivers superior performance, enabling engineers to eliminate the limitations of traditional single-axis “bubble” or digital levels. Unlike the traditional methods, which require engineers to complete these tasks “one axis at a time” through time-consuming trial-and-error processes, Digi-Pas offers a faster and more efficient solution.

DUAL ANGLE DISPLAY

The Dual-Axis (X-Y) colour graphic display shows both angular and vibration measurements simultaneously. This real-time display provides both digital and analog outputs for angles and vibration monitoring. Additionally, it supports data logging and analysis for further evaluation.

ULTRA PRECISION ANGLE MEASUREMENT

Ullia high resolution of 0.2 arcsec. angular measurement. Wireless Bluetooth/USB PC links for remote data logging capability. Graphical display of real-time measuring data on device TFT LCD screen.

ANGLEMETER

Built-in Anglemeter for Real-time Angle monitoring, data logging & analysis. Graphical display of real-time measuring data on device TFT LCD screen.

VIBROMETER

Built-in Vibrometer for Real-time vibration monitoring, data logging & analysis. Graphical display of real-time measuring data on device TFT LCD screen. Vibrometer feature allows user to track, monitor, record & analyze vibration patterns in numeric and graphic forms of a precision machine/equipment during working condition (dynamic state).

ALTERNATE ZERO SETTING

Enable user to measure relative angles at a common plane with respect to a reference angle. The reference angle can be set using alternate zero feature.

ABSOLUTE LEVEL SETTING

Enables user to perform absolute symmeliy readings for both “front” & “reverse” (180 degrees) positions of any measurement angle.
