pureGATE Core & pureGATE IP

MLT offers pureGATE Core and pureGATE IP from pureSignal. The gateways connect seamlessly with all pureSignal sensors and ensure accurate and efficient data collection. With flexible connectivity via 4G, Ethernet, or WiFi, pureGATE enables stable communication across a wide range of industrial environments.

The solution is available in two versions:

• pureGATE Core (IP21) – optimized for stable indoor environments
• pureGATE IP (IP65) – built for harsh and demanding conditions

Reliable connectivity, now IP-rated

With pureGATE Core and pureGATE IP, it becomes easy to connect and monitor industrial processes.

Whether you need a compact indoor gateway or a rugged outdoor solution, you get reliable long-range communication up to 2 km.

Each gateway supports up to 50 sensors, enabling continuous monitoring of:

• Vibration (velocity and acceleration)
• Surface temperature
• Rotational speed (RPM)
• Lubrication condition

Built-in LoRa, 4G, and WiFi ensure stable connectivity, while 128-bit encryption and VPN secure your data. When multiple gateways are installed at the same site, built-in redundancy ensures continuous operation – if one gateway goes offline, others automatically take over. pureGATE is an investment in reliable, efficient, and future-proof industrial IoT communication.

pureGATE IP for harsh environments

pureGATE IP is the rugged version of pureSignal’s industrial gateway, designed for demanding operating conditions.

With an IP65 rating and an operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C, it withstands moisture, dust, and harsh industrial environments.

Key capabilities:

• Supports up to 50 sensors for time signal and trend measurements
• Measures vibration, temperature, and rotational speed
• Long-range communication up to 2 km

The gateway includes:

• External omnidirectional LoRa antenna (433/868/915 MHz)
• Built-in 4G and WiFi
• Option to connect additional outdoor antennas for extended coverage

Power is supplied via 240/110 VAC, and communication is secured with:

• 128-bit AES encryption (LoRa)
• Fixed IP via VPN (4G)
